Fixed models come either with air or water cooled condensers  which can be remotely located.  Units can be ordered with reciprocating or screw type compressors with various stages of unloading for optimum  efficiency.  Units are constructed with "off the shelf" type refrigeration controls and components which allows any technician to quickly troubleshoot  and repair a problem.
